We Want

We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can architect, build, and manage automation systems that save time, reduce complexity, and scale growth. If you love wrangling APIs, building smart bots, and experimenting with the latest AI tools, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect, build, and manage automation systems using n8n, Zapier, and Make.

  • Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Google Gemini, and other LLMs into workflows.

  • Set up smart bots, AI content tools, and CRM assistants that save hours.

  • Create workflows that sync tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.

  • Build dashboards, set up alerts, optimize webhooks, and debug failures.

  • Collaborate with growth, content, and tech teams to find automation opportunities.

  • Document, test, scale—repeat.
What You’ll Bring

Experience: 0.6–2 years in automation, tech ops, or low-code platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.

     

  • Proficient in APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

     

  • Exposure to AI tools, prompts, embeddings, or workflow design.

     

  • Bonus: Ability to write light code (JavaScript, Python, or shell scripting).

     

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solver with a “systems thinking” mindset.

     

  • Detail-oriented and curious about how tools connect.

     

  • Passion for reverse-engineering messy processes into sleek, scalable flows.

     

Tools You’ll Master

  • Automation: n8n, Zapier, Make

     

  • AI: OpenAI, Claude, Midjourney

     

  • Productivity: Notion, Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets, Typeform, Calendly

     

  • Growth Stack: Webflow, Stripe, HubSpot

  • Infra (nice to have): GCP, Firebase

     

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

  • Knowledge of UI/UX basics (added advantage).

  • Experience working in agencies, startups, or branding projects.
